Marc Barbé debütierte beim Film 1993 als Antonin Artaud in Gérard Mordillats Film En compagnie d’ Antonin Artaud. Neben Auftritten in Theaterstücken spielte er weitere Rollen, u.a. in Sombre (1998) und La vie nouvelle von Philippe Grandrieux (2002), Paddy von Gérard Mordillat (1998) und Trois Huit von Philippe Le Guays (2001). 2003 bei Im Spiegel wohnen am Forum Neues Musiktheater.
